All Suddenly Seaglass pieces can be wiped down with a wet microfibre cloth.
If you desire a more polished appearance for the sea glass, rather than its natural frosted look, you may use a cotton swab to apply baby oil to each piece of sea glass individually.
Shipping Information
Upon placing your order with Suddenly Seaglass, you will receive an email confirmation.
All orders will be processed within 2-3 business days via Australia Post.
Once your package has been assigned a tracking number you will receive a tracking code for your order via the email address provided at checkout. If you would like your phone number included in the shipping information provided to our couriers it is important that you provide it during checkout.

Shipping insurance is included in the postage calculator, please note that a signature may be required upon delivery at the nominated address.

Returns & Refunds
Please select your Suddenly Seaglass piece with care and consideration as returns, exchanges or refunds are only offered for items that arrive damaged or broken.
Breakages:
Shipping insurance is included in the price of postage, however in order for Suddenly Seaglass to make a claim with the insurer, a case needs to be opened within a certain time frame. If an item arrives damaged it is crucial that the customer contacts Suddenly Seaglass via email at suddenlyseaglass@gmail.com without delay, and must include Images of the broken item, the packaging label, and the broken item inside of the packaging. For damaged items, Suddenly Seaglass will pay for the return of the product if need be and either post a replacement, or issue a refund including postage costs incurred by the customer.
