Shipping policy

Upon completing your order with Suddenly Seaglass, you will receive a confirmation email.

All orders will be processed within 2-3 business days.

Once your package has been assigned a tracking number you will receive a tracking code for your order via the email address provided at checkout. If you would like your phone number included in the shipping information provided to our couriers it is important that you provide it during checkout.

Delivery lead times are as follows:

Parcel Post Australia

NSW: 2-4 Business Days

Interstate: 3-6 Business Days

Express Post Australia

NSW: 1-2 Business Days

Interstate: 1-3 Business Days

International Post

Standard: 5-10 Business Days

Express: 3-6 Business Days

Shipping insurance is included in the postage calculator, please note that a signature may be required upon delivery at the nominated address. 

Please make sure that the shipping address is correct as we're unable to redirect orders once they are on their way to you.
