Returns & Refunds 

Please select your Suddenly Seaglass piece with care and consideration as returns, exchanges or refunds are only offered for items that arrive damaged or broken.

Breakages

Shipping insurance is included in the price of postage, however in order for Suddenly Seaglass to make a claim with the insurer, a case needs to be opened within a certain time frame. If an item arrives damaged it is crucial that the customer contacts Suddenly Seaglass via email at suddenlyseaglass@gmail.com without delay, and must include Images of the broken item, the packaging label, and the broken item inside of the packaging. For damaged items, Suddenly Seaglass will pay for the return of the product if need be and either post a replacement, or issue a refund including postage costs incurred by the customer.
